What?!? RM200,000 just to buy a single digit number plate? Is it something wrong with my eyes that I am seeing extra zeros or is it true that its RM200,000.
Fortunately, there’s nothing wrong with me eyes, but yes, someone just bought a “TAN x” number plate for RM200,000 as reported by The Star (http://www.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2006/10/13/nation/15719169&sec=nation).
I think the person who bought TAN number plate must be someone with the surname TAN. But why pay RM200,000 for a number plate? My goodness, if I have RM200,000 in my hand, I would definately not buy a number plate. With RM200,000, there’s so many useful things to buy or invest in. Can even buy an apartment mind you! RM200,000 can secure Raelynne’s education fund already up to university level.
What would you do if you have RM200,000???
