Julian is an IT-savvy person and works in the IT industry in Kota Kinabalu, while Morin is a homemaker. Baby Raelynne was a recent addition to the family. This photo blog will feature mainly on Raelynne plus Julian’s “amateurish” photography skills with his Olympus E-300 D-SLR digital camera.

    I face the similar case like yours from Air Asia problem form booking online happen to me.
    Today i have booked Air Asia ticket online for my daughter flight as follows:
    KL to Labuan dated 29/12/2008 and return Labuan to KL dated 24/01/2009. When i confirm check correctly and made payment on my credit card and printed itinerary shows wrong information printed as reversed destination from the date which Labuan to KL dated 29/01/2009 and KL to Labuan dated 29/12/2008. And tried many times to call air asia centre there was no respond every half an hour called. So at last i got thru the call and explain what have happened but they willing changed but they need charge for a certain fee which cost for RM160.00 for the changed. I am so frustated and really unsatisfied with the respond. And i would like to know your feedback from your complaint result at last will they refund. Can you help me on this case on how to settled without charging me the fees.
